چکیده

An optimized PLE method was applied to several truffle species using three different solvent mixtures obtain bioactive enriched fractions. The pressurized water extracts contained mainly (1 → 3),(1 6)-β-D-glucans, chitins, and heteropolymers with galactose mannose in their structures. ethanol included fatty acids fungal sterols others such as brassicasterol stigmasterol, depending on the species. They also showed a acid lipid profile utilized considered. Ethanol:water interesting lipids many phenolic compounds; however, no synergic extraction of compounds noticed. Some were able inhibit enzymes related type 2 diabetes; inhibited α-amylase enzyme, while ethanolic more α-glucosidase. Tuber brumale var. moschatum T. aestivum uncinatum an IC50 29.22 mg/mL towards 7.93 Thus, use allows o fractions be obtained from truffles antidiabetic properties.

Antioxidative activity and inhibition of key enzymes linked to type-2 diabetes (α-glucosidase and α-amylase) by Khaya senegalensis.

This study evaluated the in vitro antioxidative activity of Khaya senegalensis extracts and inhibitory effects of some solvent fractions on α-glucosidase and α-amylase activities. The stem bark, root and leaf samples of the plant were sequentially extracted with ethyl acetate, ethanol and water and then tested for antioxidative activity. Our findings revealed that the ethanolic extract of the r...
